This position is responsible for marketing and selling “Farming the Controllables – Recipe for Success” with emphasis on crop input products, regenerative Ag systems and services.
Specific Tasks:
Position and sell ProfitProAG’s products and services
Assist with the development and marketing of ProfitProAG’s regenerative crop production approach.
Evaluate soil information and provide a tailored crop management plan for individual producers through computer and/or direct interfacing
Establish goals and an action plan to achieve (sales objectives)
Yearly goals
Monthly goals
Weekly reviews with management
Client Communication/interfacing will be achieved through phone conversations, computer, (internet, e-mail or web-site) on-farm visits, trade & farm shows and teleconference calls
Specific Requirements Include:
A degree in agriculture or equivalent experience
Previous Ag business experience and sales experience
